Sai Surya Kiran Pentapati

I am Sai Pentapati. I am a student in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA, working toward the PhD degree at the GTCAD Lab. I received my Masters in ECE from Georgia Tech in 2020, and BTech degree in electronics and electrical communication engineering from IIT Kharagpur, India, in 2017. My current research interests include RTL-to-GDS physical design methodologies for monolithic stacked 3-D ICs, timing and power analysis of 2D and 3D ICs, and design technology co-optimization of advanced transistor technologies.
